ProSoft Solutions AU is founded and operated by Rafia Tasneem, a Data Science postgraduate student at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) with a strong academic background in Computer Science and Engineering.
With a solid foundation in data analysis, programming, and problem-solving, Rafia focuses on helping small businesses transform their raw data into clear, actionable insights. Her work combines technical skills with a practical understanding of business needs.
In addition to data analytics, she has experience in web development and graphic design, having worked on real-world projects and freelancing assignments. She has also mentored over 100 students in web and design skills, demonstrating strong communication and teaching ability.
